Qualifying Mortgage Guidelines

• All mortgages are conventional type only with no-high ratios applications accepted.

• All properties considered undergo a lengthily appraisal process with comparable analysis be completed and reviewed.

• All qualified mortgages are selected based on first the ability to repay and secondly the rate of return being greater than 8% per annum.

• Every mortgage requires title insurance.
